Ringo Starr announces a new EP! ‘Change the World’ drops September 24 on CD, cassette and digital download. A 10 inch vinyl version will be available on November 19. The 4-track EP is the second from Starr this year. ‘Zoom In’ was released in March.
Ringo Starr has shared the first single, ‘Let’s Change the World’. The tune was written by Joseph Williams and Steve Lukather from Toto. They also perform on the track. Check it out!
There are other high profile collaborations as well. ‘Coming Undone’ is Ringo’s first collab with Linda Perry who wrote and is featured on the track along with Trombone Shorty. Starr’s cover of the classic tune ‘Rock Around the Clock’, features guitarist Joe Walsh and Nathan East on the upright bass. For ‘Just That Way’, Ringo teams up with his longtime engineer Bruce Sugar.
