We didn't have to wait long for our second taste of new music from The Lemon Twigs upcoming album Go To School called "Small Victories". They announced their follow up to Do Hollywood a couple of weeks ago with "If You Give Enough", which showed off their more operatic side. Their latest song is a little more like "These Words" with tempo shifts and their Harry Nilsson tinged rock. It also has a bit of a playful carnival aspect as well, which seems intentional considering their album is about a chimpanzee being raised as a human. Considering how unique the story is and the small snippets we have so far, we have to wait to see how it all comes together when the album is released on August 24th.
